1. The service

Marinios IPTV provides access to streaming content delivered over the internet to compatible devices. All subscription details, including plan type and duration, are agreed directly via WhatsApp before activation. We reserve the right to modify, update or discontinue features of the service at any time.

2. Subscriptions and payment

All plans are prepaid and non-recurring. You will not be billed automatically — you choose to renew when your plan expires. Prices are as stated on our pricing page and are agreed with you before activation. We reserve the right to update pricing for new subscriptions.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the service for personal, non-commercial viewing only. You must not:

• Share your credentials with unauthorised users beyond your subscribed device allowance
• Redistribute, resell or commercially exploit the service or any content delivered through it
• Attempt to circumvent security measures or access content outside your subscription tier
• Use the service in any manner that violates applicable law

4. Service availability

We aim to maintain continuous service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Downtime may occur due to server maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our control. We will endeavour to resolve disruptions promptly and will not issue refunds for brief, isolated outages.

5. Content

The content available through Marinios IPTV may change over time. While we aim to maintain a broad and up-to-date catalogue, we cannot guarantee the permanent availability of any specific channel, film or series. If you have questions about a specific title, contact us via WhatsApp before subscribing.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service if these terms are violated, without refund. You may stop using the service at any time — your subscription simply expires at the end of the prepaid period.

7. Limitation of liability

Marinios IPTV is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
