1. Free trial first

Before purchasing any subscription, we strongly encourage you to request a free trial via WhatsApp. The trial lets you test picture quality, channel availability and performance on your own device at no cost. This is the best way to ensure the service meets your needs before you pay.

2. General refund position

Because IPTV subscriptions grant immediate digital access upon activation, we do not offer refunds as a matter of course once a subscription has been activated and used. This is consistent with standard practice for digital content services.

3. When we will consider a refund or credit

We will review your case and offer a fair resolution — which may include a partial credit, plan extension or, at our discretion, a refund — if:

The service fails to activate correctly through no fault of your own and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time
You experience persistent, unresolvable technical issues that prevent you from using the service, and you have given us a reasonable opportunity to fix them via WhatsApp support
You were charged an incorrect amount due to an error on our part

4. What is not covered

We are unable to offer refunds in the following situations:

Change of mind after activation
Compatibility issues with a device not listed as supported
Internet connectivity problems on your end
Unavailability of a specific channel or title not confirmed in advance
Partial use of a subscription period
